Our law firm has been using Paymedia for over 10 years. Sometimes bigger isn’t better and I have used the “bigger” payroll companies and did not receive the services I do with Paymedia. The same representative calls me weekly, she is familiar with the employees’ names and whether they are salaried or hourly, which makes it easier on me to process the payroll each week. The website is very user friendly and you can access reports quickly. I would highly recommend Paymedia to any company small or large that is looking for dependability and knowledgeable processors who not only handle your payroll but keep you informed as to changes with taxes, etc.
